The Leader-Culture Executive Coaching Program

The Leader-Culture Executive Coaching Program

With Greg Cagle

By Invitation Only

This Leader-Culture Executive Coaching Program is NOT for everyone!

It is only for leaders who…

  • Want to close the gap between developing their own leadership and growing a healthy culture in their organization.
  • Want to understand the nuances of culture-building leadership while maximizing their impact on the organization.
  • Want to learn where they are at an advantage in leading culture and where they are at a disadvantage in leading culture.
  • Looking to build consistency in decision-making, directional alignment and high performance within their organization.
  • Looking for a safe way to build additional leadership capability within their company.
  • Are genuinely curious and willing to pull back the layers of how they currently lead and explore how they need to change their leadership.
  • Want to collaborate with other leaders.

This program is not for you if….

  • You don’t lead a team, department or company.
  • You’re not a director level or above in the organization.
  • You’re not willing to commit to attending all meetings and being prepared to share ideas.
  • You don’t have at least 10 years of leadership experience
  • You don’t worry about trying to prove how smart you are.
  • You’re a pompous ass! (As you know, I’m a straight talker, so if you can’t handle the heat stay out of the leadership kitchen.)

How it Works

Over the course of one year, Greg facilitates 90-minute monthly group learning and coaching sessions where members learn together and from one another.

Members are intentionally curated and the group size is contained to ensure maximum impact for every member of the cohort.

Each member is fully supported by Greg with 60-minute one-on-one monthly coaching calls to apply the learning and navigate the challenges unique to each culture.

Following the Leader-Culture Growth Path, Greg walks members through a unique growth journey using a proprietary curriculum over the course of the year. Learning is drawn from his decades of leadership and organizational experience and his books Be Weird and The 4 Dimensions of Culture and the Leaders Who Shape Them.

There will be no intensive “to-do” assignments to clutter your calendar, only thought assignments and leadership action steps to apply learning.

Vision from Greg

It is nearly impossible to be an effective leader without a focused effort on creating the appropriate culture for your organization. Thriving leaders know this, but knowing is not enough. Selfless, servant leaders—with character steeped in humility—build great cultures. C.S. Lewis said, “Humility is not thinking less of yourself; it’s thinking of yourself less.” I believe this to be true.

These humble leaders think more about the people within the organization. They are constantly measuring everything they do against what’s best for the people they serve and the organization they lead. They know that organizational brilliance comes from the collective brilliance of those they’ve been entrusted to lead. They know excellence hinges on creating an environment (think: culture) that extracts and inspires the best from each employee.

These leaders are confident, bold, courageous, and have a bias toward action. Because they know failure is often a necessary path to success, they are not afraid to take risks. But it is not their confident nature, bold approach, or courageous action-oriented personalities that inspire those around them. It is their “thinking of themselves less” attitude that inspires.

And that, my friend, is built around culture. Selfless leaders constantly measure everything they do against what’s best for the people they serve, because they feel an obligation to unleash the power within every individual in the organization.

The true greatness of any organization is revealed in moments of achievement, adversity, uncertainty, setbacks, and opportunity. What gets revealed in those moments reflects the organization’s culture and the leaders who shape it.

You can become the kind of leader who has the power to ignite those around you, to make everyone better, to foster a desire to accomplish great things together, to inspire people to go beyond what they believed possible, and to passionately serve the organization’s purpose.

I know that sounds like a lot, but it is possible! I’ll walk beside you in this program and coach you to do it.
